Counselling is an opportunity to explore and make sense of your situation in a confidential, supportive space. It can sometimes be difficult to reach out to those around you. Counselling offers you the opportunity to talk to someone who is impartial and will support you without offering judgement or advice.
We’ll work together at a pace that’s right for you. You are the expert in your own life. We can explore together the areas that might be causing you distress or perhaps stopping you living the life you want to live. I can work with anxiety, depression, low mood, shame, anger, relationships, gender, sexuality, suicidal thoughts or anything else causing you distress.
